In short: Ecoleen offers deep cleaning in Dublin from €181.60 for a one-bed apartment, €283.75 for a two-bed house and €431.30 for a four-bed house, with VAT included. Every price includes disinfecting all surfaces, and we never add a call-out charge or a weekend surcharge. We hold public liability insurance. You can book a bathroom deep clean without booking the rest of your home. We clean the room from the ceiling to the floor, and then we sanitise it.

We clean the units inside and out, degrease the worktops, wipe the kitchen tiles, descale the sink and taps, and clean the outside of each appliance.
Bathrooms
We clean the tiles from top to bottom and remove limescale from the grout, screens and taps. Then we fully disinfect the fixtures, mirrors and floors.
Bedrooms and living areas
We dust every room, including skirting boards, door tops, radiators and light fittings.
Hard floors
We vacuum and then wash every hard floor, using the right equipment and cleaning solution for each surface.
Every surface, at the end
We disinfect every surface once the cleaning is finished. This is part of the price on every deep clean.

Then we come back to you with a fixed price. We prefer about four days' notice, but we take urgent bookings when our diary allows.
When our team finishes, we invite you to review our work to ensure you are entirely happy. Afterwards, you can easily pay via bank transfer or cash. For bank transfer bookings, we take a €60.00 deposit to hold your date.

A regular clean keeps a home that is already in good order clean, so it covers dusting, vacuuming, mopping and the bathrooms. A deep clean goes further, into the places regular cleaning never reaches. That includes the inside of kitchen units, limescale on grout and shower screens, skirting boards, door tops, radiators and light fittings. Then we finish by disinfecting every surface.
Yes. Not every home needs a full deep clean. Tell us which rooms you want done, and we will price only those rooms. We also deep clean bathrooms on their own: a small toilet or WC costs €51.08, and an ensuite or a main bathroom costs €79.45, VAT included.
Yes, we can add it to your deep clean. We clean ovens as part of a deep clean booking, while our team is already in your kitchen. No, we do not offer carpet cleaning. Instead, we focus on deep cleaning homes, so we can give our clients the best results.
